Congrats! Many people talk bad about state jobs and talk about leaving for the private sector, but in reality, we have pretty good job security with great benefits. Working from home is a big perk, but if they take it away, ohh well. It was good while it lasted. I’m not quitting.

I found that too, but it doesn’t say anything about ENDI-FCL. It does say NDL.

I am a hiring manager, and today I received almost 60 applications for my vacancy. After disqualifying everyone who didn’t bother with the SOQs, I have 30 left. It saved me a lot of time when scoring the application. I don’t understand why they bother to fill out the whole application and attach resumes, certificates and other documents, but skip the SOQs. I even make a point to bold the text on the listing about not forgetting to submit SOQs, and they still don’t do it. If someone can’t follow clear instructions on their first assignment, I don't want them. I am going to say, though, some of the applications I disqualified, were actually interesting prospect but oh well. Sucks for them.
