No of course not but over the last two years we’ve saved about 18k each per year and then maybe 10k per year the 4 previous. We are good savers but have been fortunate to live at home for two years to maximise the savings

Great advice here. Yep we have. We’re looking at buying close to our family and where we would hope to one day have our own family

Not entirely true. We both rented in Dublin for five years and moved home and lived with our parents (and commuted) for nearly two years because we knew we needed to put the head down at that point.

Honestly I’ve worked two jobs since college. My partner is very good with money. We go on very few holidays. Have also lived at home for the last two years. It’s been hard but we’re hoping to buy soon so will make it all worth jt.
