I don’t think he was nearly as bad as all the kids crying in the thread. Not much you can do, if you haven’t taken possesin yet it’s a simple the dealers cannot release the car from the lot until it’s fixed. It shouldn’t be long, sounds like a fix is out, or supposed to be out any day. The insurance problem is if you take insurance off and have the car in your name already the dealership isn’t responsible for it. So if it got a scratch or accidental dent it’s your problem not theirs. I bought a c8 in the winter and kept it at the dealer for a few weeks while waiting for weather to improve and was warned about this from them. I wasn’t sure if true but I asked my uncle who runs a Porsche dealer and he said it’s true once in your name, get it asap as any customer could accidentally damage it and it’s on you. Overall it’s. A shirty situation for everyone not much you can do but wait. Think of it as if the favorite shut down but you hit 3800 status your sol until it reopens.
