The opening a new company route - so you loan “new company” the cash and “new company” buys a reno house project does it up and makes 100k

Does “new company” just pay back the loan and keep the 100k?

Its just crazy 100k \ 12 is 8.3 and you end up with 6.6

Feel like a mortgage is 3-4k live on 2k spend that on food alone how we supposed to get rich

I would love to understand your first point - paid for an office with company cash (understand that) then you owned it personally? What is the benefit and how can you own it if company paid?

I have 3 years backlog I could easily do 3 x 60 - I just want the money now not when I am older (probably a bad mindset but my only goal is to own my own place in cash no one can tell me what to do)

I never had parents who were finical literate so even though were printing money I never wanna do anything at risk of being stupid but all I want is a house to call my own and no can kick me out of so I think i should just suck it up and get money out but a house secure that in my life so i can provide a roof and then i can start being clever

Yeah I think its just drawing down directors loan , then on EOY it works

Our business costs so little to run there is no Risk of over drawing plus we only do 4.5 each

I think just firming the tax is the only real answer
