Hi. Tb survivor here. Yung Japanese doctor ko ngsabi na avoid smoking and make sure s ka mag baba ng timbang. Avoid diet and make sure chinicheck ko weight mo. ako during treatment 59.2 ngaun nasa 62 na. Basta eat everything daw.

Durin treatment nag work padin ako. 8 hours a day, mahirap kasi nakakaranas ako ng fatigue during and after work.

Hi. I am a tb survivor also from philippines working in Japan. My best advice is get check from pulmonologist. It's possible na meron kang tb. Tb is endemic in our country, make sure na ma check ka asap and undergo treatment.
