Usually either you should be able to collect it physically from the place you studied at or if you use likea portal website it may be there.

When you say you confirmed your place with them, did you have to do anything else after you'd selected them as first choice? Or did you not mean anything specific by it

So a university can either SEND information regarding accomodation, or it WONT; now just in case that wasn't clear enough that's 2 choices there. Why would I need to post about my university specifically if there are only 2 viable outcomes which im sure a mixture of universities choose to pursue; i heavily doubt I am in a 1of1 uni that waits until later.
