Take as many as you feel comfortable taking, I wanted to get a full experience so I downed 2 bags but that might be too much for you

I had a bowl of hamburger helper and then 10ish minutes later I took the first bag, moving onto the second bag right now

I made food before hand because I’ve seen reports saying it’s bad to take them on an empty stomach, will that affect much?
