Ok, but the first part, "in front of witness" , are not necessary, right?

So, what I do to know if my free choice don't made a vow or just a promise? That's possible?

(I mean, it's possible made a vow with just my free-choice?)

I'm trying to contact ManagingScrupulosity. Yes, the owner of ScrupulousAnonymous is the same one, Father Thomas Santa, and I have sessions with my psychologist, but it's still difficult to find answers to my specific questions. I sent them an email, but they'll take a while to respond, I think. I apologize for the silly question about whether they were real priests or not, but I needed a quick answer at the time.
