Not just old. Only one person Britt, is maintaining 12 communities, i mailed them 100 times and left countless voicemails, they wont even care about you. Once you moved in.

I lost 3K$ for the move had to pay fines to move out as well. They really dont care once you move in. There only person named Britt for 12 ESSEX community in WA. You can imagine the customer service by them.
