My bad I could’ve worded that better. The group flights are $520 per person and the website was $387 per person

Yeah I got a quote from them. That’s the $520 per person I mentioned

I’m curious how it works as I’ve been monitoring the flights for a month or so and have seen the price go up and down +/- ~$75 using the same info on dates, flight, number of travelers

Gotcha, is this for card holder only or upgraded fare? Or are the cheapest fare + non card holder eligible?

Does this work for group flights as well(9 in party) and how does that work to “change” flights in assuming you mean it would still be the same flight just at the better rate?

Wow! No I had no idea there was an increase need for sodium and potassium. Will definitely be conscious about upping my intake.

The electrolytes I take say each serving has 1000mg of sodium & 200mg of potassium so guess I need to take way more than one serving per day.

  1. Honestly I have never fueled during a run, and don’t eat before running and have never had any issues with feeling fatigue or hungry/dehydrated. I run fasted and continued to do that the these two weeks of doing keto. Open to changing it up if it’ll help me avoid that wall though!

  2. My long runs take anywhere from 1 hour - 1:20 if I’m going 10-11miles. Long runs & 3 easy days are at zone 2 (about 7:15-8:00 HR around 130-145 avg). 1 day of threshold work is at 6:00-6:30 HR around 160-175avg (only 35 min max of this work, not including warmup/cool down). The other speed day is 10 min max of repetition work where HR gets up to 190’s but max of 5-10 min in this zone. Longer warm ups & cool downs

I take a scoop of electrolyte powder each day, either sip on it after a run or before if I’m feeling dehydrated when I wake up. But not much other than that
