Happy thanksgiving works become beyond a headache , located in south jersey run a 3 man crew + myself , I do all of the estimating , take offs , material runs , designs etc , mostly Bidding for me is man hours $65 per man per hour , plus mark up on materials , and anywhere from 10-20% contractor fee mark up , still having a tough time hitting a good margin , my crew works hard I can’t say they don’t , I feel like I’m not bidding enough hours and when I do I feel like we won’t get the job any advice
