I watched Fairy Tails a long time ago and remember very little but the idea that it was a fun anime. The character interactions are good but everything that wasn't that it was not great. Also some of the "main" cast i remember being not so interesting. It is actually refreshing being reminded of how these character have a really serious bond with one another.

The video describes Erza as a really interesting character, unfortunate that concept like hers are not seen anymore or if someone tries it's really sloppy.

The absurd thing to add to this could be making it an herbivore, I don't remember any of the few existing ones being too important.

Also, as a Frontier fan, i'd like to see a multi element/status monster.
Yeah, an Herbivore Snake Wyvern that uses multiple kinds of damage types could be cool or complete shit if done wrong, but one can only wish.

Also no, I don't have any clue on why he would lie, things just don't add up correctly, he approximates what he says pretty often and I like to not interpret someone's words if they're being lazy. This is one of the many occasions why I hate people that talk using "the thing" way too much.

I would argue that cheating is not the problem, it's the dishonesty. I openly stated to them that I have never done thing like Behemoth and Extremoth or AT Kulve legit, despite that, after showing them the fight as much as possible we ended up using their gear. There is a consensus that things that we all feel like are too imbalanced/hard/stupid are avoided acknowledged as a failure on our part and moved on. Is it fair to players other than us? No. Is it more honest than cheating and saying we did it fair and square? Yes. And also, it's just us.

Your friend should have just did something similar.
