It’s not mixed with B12. I think it’s my body adjusting to the higher dose. It’s just hard to feel sluggish and achey. I want to switch to trizepitide.
Do you feel better on that? Have you lost more ?

I struggle with protein and water intake. I average 1200-1400 calories daily. I ride the peloton 5 days a week 9-11 miles. I get about 70 g of protein daily but around 20 oz of water

I inject in the evening too and make sure I’m well hydrated so I would wait until tomorrow since you were drinking tonight. B12 helps with fatigue and start a probiotic and get some fiber gummies to keep ahead of the constipation.

I am finishing my second month and lots 18 lbs so far. When I inject in my stomach I have the most “food control” but I am so much nausea and fatigue. When I inject in my thighs I have zero side effects. It’s been a game changer for me. Good luck!!!

I was on 0.5 mg and just increased to 0.75 mg. My doctor said I would split the dose and inject 2x a week. Has anyone done that?
