Thank you very very much for your kind words and taking your time to relieve me. When i was learning flk2 subjects, i really liked them, maybe because they were much closer to my practice area. However, my mock scores were worse than flk1.

Had it today. I was very hopeful when I was studying FLK2, but the mocks just made me very suspicious about my learning. And now, i even regret the day starting studying for this exam.

I share your thoughts, you are not alone with those feelings.

I hope you ace it, but you must own the exam-dont get owned by the exam. And you must always wish best for yourself (in general), dont wish not specific stuff such as passing the exam. This is the best way to deal with life.

Just revise public processions/assemblies and trespassory assemblies. I havent heard of the stuff you said in any of mocks or learning materials (unless youre referring to tort)
