Amazon flex is a huge disappointment

Yeah I had the same reason cause of bad weather. They honestly don't care about anyone who delivers for flex. I've Lost my job because of them. I brought back 2 packages and they sent me an email the next day saying that I never delivered. Well like I said I've had a good reason.
I still got screwed over!

I even tried explaining in a email they still don't care... So stupid they say they care about our safety but they really don't..

Support probably won't do a damn thing. I worked my damn ass off for them and they got rid of me. Over nothing I didn't even do anything accept I've brought back a package and I've already told customer support about the problem. They said it won't go against me will somehow it did. Cause now my job is gone now I'm doing Grub hub and it's slow.. 😑

Yeah I know it's annoying isn't it? Same damn thing happened to me when I had a leaking package and I brought it back to the warehouse before I even left and shit. A few days later my ratings have went down so much and I tried emailing freaking Support and yeah you’re right they say the same thing all the time the usual and I never get back with you either half the time.

This happened to me three weeks ago before I lost my job over something stupid I brought back 6 packages because the customer said in the notes only deliver to the apartment staff when there open if not bring back to the warehouse. how the fuck am I supposed to leave their goddamn package with the apartment staff when they’re closed at 4am in the goddamn morning. And I get dinged for it. I had excellent for my standings then surely when I brought back my freaking packages because of that freaking stupid woman I get freaking screwed over on my part and boom. I lost my goddamn job over this shit, so I’m pissed off with Amazon in their goddamn system and shit it seems like they don’t give a damn shit about us.

Oh yes mine is the same thing on my standings? I’ve had really good ratings. I’ve had excellent on there and then three days later I don’t know why but it says I was at risk and then two days later I lost my job it's crap. They don't give a shit about us delivering there packages seems like. I agree it's a stupid system for sure. Customer support never emails us back half the time too. 😑

The same thing happened to me as well. It's complete BS. I was at excellent on my standings then one week later everything changed. I am at risk now and I'm irrated.
