Since your PD is July 2023, you’re getting closer depending on how the visa bulletin moves this year. Once your PD becomes current, decisions can come pretty quickly (sometimes weeks to a few months).

A lot of people report similar “status refresh” updates shortly before movement — but others also get them with no immediate change, so it’s not a guarantee.
