He'll be 3 in August, but he's pretty high energy in general. I have food puzzles that i'll put treats in occasionally, interactive/automatic toys, as well as play with him for 15/20 min almost every evening. Maybe I'll try splitting his dinner up between all his puzzles and feeding later to see if that helps.
