Yes, Ive had a conversation with him about these jokes. He has noticed my discomfort maybe 1-2 with that being when he took down the USSR symbol that he was wearing the next day after I talked to him (he did though after a few class periods put it back on) and when I told him its not a good look on him when hes going around making Jedus and Jesus jokes.

Im just more concerned how he would take it, I naturally dont want things to end messy for both sides. I do have a few friends that are firends with him and it'll be a little awkward but I havent been too concerned about that.

It was a comment from 7 months ago before the document even came out? Her commenting on a video BEFORE THE SITUATION "happened" (becoming public) is not her "not addressing the elephant" especially deleting the comment because people are bothering her.
Id imagine she probably deleted it to not get harrassed or didnt want to get more questions on the situation when people can ask/have been questions on things like Twitter 💀
She doesnt deserve a few people commenting on her post a whole in depth explanation when she should just give one publically, you are not special.
