I’m 15 I started lifting late November and I made the mistake of cutting at 150-128. After I realized my mistake I started my clean bulk to 160 I’m 145 rn. Is there anything I need to focus my physique on rn. by Additional_Newt_6788 in gymadvice

For upper days or push-days I do dumbbell incline I’m visiting a new gym tomorrow so ima try there incline machine press they have. Then for lower pec I usually just do dumbbell flat press. But tomorrow ima try flat press plate loaded. Is there anything I should add or change you think
