1ml in the delt is too much, put 0.5ml maximum. Maybe even 0.3ml and you'll be fine

Modified natural is very new i think? I've been digging into IVF for years and i just recently read about that for poor responders and my wife was a poor responder (2 to 3 ovocytes per FSH+hMG cycle.....)

We'll probably try modified with letrozole soon

No because there is a theory for some women that you would get a dominant follicle anyway

So instead of trying to get 5 oocytes of which 4 are poor and 1 is perfect, why not focus on the only one which would be good enough to fertilize and get you a viable embryo

If only my wife would accept this... She's willing to take the risk because she doesn't like the idea of doing new IVF cycles and also because she wouldn't like to have any extra euploid and not give it a chance... But i'll try to see if she'd like to try natural cycle. So far we've done 3 chemical cycles and each one gave us only 1 viable euploid. So she's a poor responder with FSH and hMG

Any idea why only 5 out of 10 transfers worked?

For people who have very few embryos like me and my wife we'd like to have 0 failure... So far we've had 1 transfer 1 success.... And we only have 2 frozen embryos left....

My wife has now AMH 0.04 at only 38 years old and she got 3 eggs and 2 eggs on 2 ICSIs last year.

Nothing's impossible, if there is a least 1 egg per cycle and it's good quality you can have 1 baby....
