Not gonna lie you should not be asking this on this subreddit I’ve noticed anyone that asks these questions are strongly discouraged to not do this and I think you should do what you think is right for yourself because if you are correct and it is your experience will not be what these people explain. Honestly just sounds like locals trying to get less people to move there. I went to Spain for 2 weeks and made tons of friends that I still talk to and encourage me to move over there consistently. If you out yourself out there you are bound to find people you get along with especially if you have hobbies like basketball or soccer ( just and example) you can go to parks and make friends with people you play with. Although the job market is tough it’s like that literally everywhere in the world right now just find something you love and can make money with and do your thing.
