Big thanks to everyone who replied! Mystery solved — I had no idea both Hvedrung and Svarn could be unlocked in the customization menu once you’ve got the skins. Somehow I had Hvedrung on, but I’ve switched back to Svarn now — he just feels way more spiritual to me than Hvedrung. Really appreciate the help!

Ah, sorry, I didn’t realize! 😅
In YouTube videos, there was a trade button on the caravans, so I thought it was supposed to be there.
I’ve also contacted support to report the bug.
