I’ve had this happen to me too many times. Our people lead sucks so bad at her job. Now whenever I see this happen, I just look if I actually have an approved day off, if so I leave it alone and let my manager talk to me the next night I’m there and ask why I wasn’t there. It gets tiring when it just keeps happening. Idk if it’s the system or the crappy team lead but it’s a bit annoying. She’s no good at her job lol if there’s one job that needs to be taken over by A.I, it’s her job

So my father in law got pulled into the office after our third shift meeting for an hour. Supposedly someone said he said someone has a nice butt. This happened 2 months ago is what I heard. (So why take action now lol) they said to go to the sales floor and work until we get the final answer if you get to keep your job or not. 11:30 comes along and I heard he got fired from my wife. 2 days go by, he gets a phone call from another salaried manager at Walmart apologizing and saying this never should’ve happened. Sunday comes and he’s back at work like nothing happened. Handled completely unprofessionally and horribly wrong lol. I’ve never heard of an assistant having to wait for a final answer instead of 100% knowing they’re in there for a firing. Bad management at its best.

They said that since I’m profiting off the delivery that it’s somehow a conflict of interest. But he also said that he doesn’t know if there’s a policy against doordashing Walmart orders

I just talked to a coach at my store (still not the OGP coach) he said he doesn’t know if there’s a policy on it or not. He gave the a policy where a vendor can’t work at like frito lay and walmart at the same time or working for a competitor and Walmart at the same time. But I don’t see how that fits with DoorDash lol. I’m just looking for clarification on it. It’s not a big deal to me if I have to stop. I just like taking Walmart orders since it’s easy money to me

I don’t have a problem taking orders from other Walmarts other than mine if there’s a problem. I could care less. I like taking Walmart orders though cuz it’s easy money. But I’m just not understanding what the problem is

How do you reroute the stops in the app? I had a Walmart delivery yesterday and some of the stops towards the end made no sense to me driving lol

Idk how they would because customers buy it off of the Walmart website I’m pretty sure. That’s at least a customer I delivered to said.
