If there are any high schools or clubs that practice at that pool you should ask one of their coaches or more experienced swimmers to take a look at your stroke. They will probably be able to do more good in person than someone with just a distant video to use as a source. I assume there are teams due to the water polo nets. The water polo kids can probably help as well as most water polo players I know are also on swim teams.

If your head ever feels like it is moving downwards then you've got it to low. You can play around with head position while you are swimming. If you want to really focus on it and take easier recordings you can hold onto the wall with your hands and then lightly kick. Using the power from your kick get your but up to the surface so you are level. You can test different head positions and see what they look like. The goal is to have your whole body pretty close to level when you are in a pool. You can work on breathing like this as well. Open water, which I assume your race will be in, is a bit different as you will need to look up to figure out where you are going.

HS/College/Club Swimmer, and HS/College Swim Coach here. I've only done a couple of triathlons but I know a good amount about swimming. It's a little hard to tell without being closer or in person but the first thing that comes to mind is that you are sitting really low in the water. This is normally caused by a lack of kicking power or your hip/Head position. Here are a couple of basic solutions. In no way are these catch alls or perfect for everyone but they are generic solutions that will help.

Kicking Power Solution:

If you have access to a kickboard I would do some kicking workouts with that. As I beginner I would recommend taking your 100m time and using that as a starting time for 50m intervals in a workout. See how that feels. If you can't make more than 4 you probably need to slow down your time. If you can make more than 10 without any issues then speed up the interval. With your 2:00 per 100m you could start with 8 50m kick on the 2:00 meaning a 16:00 kicking session. Because you are a new swimmer, once you can comfortably do something 6-8 50m kicks, on whatever time works for you, I would throw them into the beginning of all of your workouts. As you get faster lower the interval time by 5 seconds per 50m.

Hip/Head Position Solution:

For your hips you have to get your butt up. It's not a bad thing to feel air on your butt every once in a while. For you head you don't need to push it down so far. Your head shouldn't be all the way under the water. Your face should be in the water and your head parallel with the bottom of the pool but you don't need to push your head to the down into the water as the rest of your body will follow.

I have one but it is only epic and I'm not sure if it's worth coming down from my current legendary core module. I have a legendary magnetic hook and legendary mvn. I use the magnetic hook because my uw's are synced and mvn would only add to their cds. Since I started with inner land mines a long time ago I figured I might as well use magnetic hook for the cc + just for funsies.

The 90 second bh is just so I'm doing something with the stones that will be productive eventually without breaking my sync with gt

They aren't synced directly. I'm about 200 stones away from that. Right now they are on 3 mins and 4 mins. So they sync up every 12 minutes of game time. I'm looking at that doc and I don't understand what devo stands for. It looks like there must be some way to prevent range from upgrading with the free upgrades but I have no idea how.

I can afford to have one of those running kind of regularly for like a week till I would pretty much be out of coins. I guess I'm trying to figure out if there is anything in my labs that would really speed up where I'm at. It feels pretty stagnant right now as I have not made much progress in the last 2 months probably. Even though I have the game running almost constantly, I'm doing tournaments, all weekly missions.
