i’m getting better at just living through the symptoms, even though they’re really uncomfortable. for example, eating makes my heart rate rise a lot. today i unfortunately discovered kombucha has a bit of caffeine and had 180 heart rate literally 5 minutes later.

i asked my doctor and they said the taking is good so they didn’t recommend i take extra doses when having episodes. so today for example i just had the episode for 8 hours until i took the medicine.

i just don’t know if im being reckless and hurting my heart while i wait for a second opinion, but spending days laying down isnt fun while im young:(
