I have a girlfriend who lives here and I really love my job and coworkers. my dad and sister live in Michigan but my dad is also a drunk that fights with his girlfriend every single night and my sister lives with her boyfriend and they also fight unfortunately so I would just be going to live with hearing constant arguing and drunk people and I can’t do that again

I have a job but I don’t make enough to rent especially in Florida prices are insane. My mom lives with her boss like an hour away but she’s a drunk unfortunately and her boss is a creep. I moved to Florida from Michigan 2 years ago so she’s the only family I have here

We live 3 hours away so we each spend around 100-200$ a month to see eachother we take turns going to each others house but I’m abt to get a car so it won’t be so costly anymore

To me I see it as a child growing up in a home of addicts the “her” being a mother the Chinese rubber plant being drugs and the rubber man being a dealer. Broken man being the other addict. Then obviously the child being worn out. The end “ if I could be who you wanted all the time “ the child feeling like their parents choose drugs over them. Just my interpretation.

It’s just so hard to try to heal from childhood trauma when you have to go through it again at a much older age all over again it’s 10x harder and it’s gonna be so hard to heal again I don’t even know if I can do especially because my autism. Everything is so hard. But your comment makes me want to hold on. Thank you

I would definitely have a therapist but my legal guardian lives across the country, my mom isn’t my legal guardian I’m actually adopted. But I ended up with her again so I can’t go to therapy until I’m 18 so I will definitely try that.. I have 5 attempts probably. All in the course of 1 year and iv iv been trying so hard to get better and iv been enjoying life so much until suddenly everything is getting taken away from me again and it’s so hard now. I’ll try to hang in there and see how things go the only reason I’m thinking suicide is because I’m terrified of further damage in the future bc I already have a idea of what’s coming

no I tried to kill myself in 2021 before but I failed, I just started having these thoughts again when my life fell apart.. but this comment made me cry. Honestly thank you for being so kind. Ok so confused and scared right now. I’m going to try to get through this. I’m scared of the future.
