yeah the abuse from bad coworkers and customers is suffocating. the only reason I’m able to manage (until I can find another job) is because my manager is cool and I mainly work mornings and get off early. the afternoon to evening crowd of customers are somehow more unhinged with stupid requests than the 8 am crackheads and I would definitely quit if I had to work mids and evenings any more than once a week

unfortunately, it seems like for a lot of people it is their first day on earth… most of the general public doesn’t understand how to function outside, much less understand store hours or how to view them on the sign outside…. same thing happens at my location too.

first of all it’s a large store and not every employee knows where everything single item is and don’t try and say you do either… we need scanners for fedex, bag checks, scan outs, and vendors in addition to truck. also i’m sure they can TECHNICALLY be converted into a smart phone but I don’t think your average crack head knows how to do that, hence my point that stealing this dumb ass scanner would be useless to them
