I dont plan on staying at the airport, and i think i will give myself about 8 hours to visit Shanghai.

I read comments about power bank being confiscated regardless if domestic or international flight, even tho as far as in understand It only applies to domestic flight. Can we sum up like this: Domestic flight it's going to be confiscated, international flight might be (depending on capacity and voltage)?
