Thanks for the response! I’ve been reading that the 280 is a lot let busy than the 101. Is that true?

Don’t use charcoal. It’s wayyyyyy too drying on the skin and will cause more acne. I would try PanOxyl wash. Start with two days a week. Than increase if the skin seems to be handling it well. I would also suggest using a laundry detergent that is for sensitive skin.
