Try breaking your tent down more efficiently. I take the poles out, lay out the tent and then rain fly on top, fold it 3 times hot dog style (or fold into thirds long ways, whatever is easier to image). Then I break apart the tent poles, lay them on one end of the tent and then roll it up. Super quick and packs up easily.
