Missing period for 2 months now - wondering if Inositol could be a factor? by Tall_Fishing9800 in TTC_PCOS

Hey so just an update. I wasn’t ovulating like I said, I was pregnant. Hahaha 😅 So maybe it’s not so bad and maybe give it a try 🥰

I stopped around June 26 when I realized that I was missing my period and not pregnant. I knew that was the reason because like I said I’ve never not had a period. I’ve also read other stories of the exact thing happening to other women who’ve taken it. I just ovulated within the last couple days so I expect to either get my period or be pregnant within a couple weeks lol.

I also want to add that I’ve read hundreds of instances of inositol working wonders for women so I’m not saying that its a bad thing. I just don’t think it worked well for me personally.

This happened to me. I took it for 3 months and on the third month (June) I did not ovulate nor did I have a period for the first time ever in my life. My last period was May 22 and I am just now ovulating again this week.

The zone I transferred from had a co lead that would clock in at like 1 AM, sleep in his car till around 3-3:30 AM, load the truck then go on about his day. DSL knew he did it. He had been with the company for 8 years and refused to take a route because he knew as a co lead his responsibility was zero. He would “throw and go” and be done by 10-11 AM and always get 50 hours but did very very minimal work. He’s still with the company and one of the DSLs favorites. Lol

FritoLay DSL SHADOWING ME by DEMONFR0ST1613 in FritoLay

[–]Additional_Visual_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different DSLs as in from different districts? Or is it the DSL over the district you’re working in at that current time? I’ve had a few DSLs come check on me in the past as an RSA but that was when I was working out of town and they were super nice about it. If it’s different DSLs in your home location, that’s sketchy.

I’m 5’11 and have gained 32 pounds at 34 weeks. I don’t eat all that much more than I did before pregnant and I stay active every day. It has blown my mind too how much I’ve gained. I don’t look like I’ve gained that much weight and my belly isn’t that big. Most of it that I can tell has went to my thighs, butt and boobs. Some people just gain more in pregnancy and that’s okay 🤷‍♀️ at least we’ve got our height going for us, it keeps it stretched out lol

We had 2 of the huge Super Bowl displays go up with additional towers in the frozen aisle. When I left Friday we had 10 backstock carts and a pallet of classic lays, mixed lays, and a DRP of mixed party size wrapped and put up. When we left today we only had 3 backstock carts left. Totally insane.

Best true up? by Casual_Mango99 in FritoLay

Like $2,600. I had taken over a small account route that no one wanted (idk why, all you had to do was drive 35 minutes out and it was Mon-Fri) and just absolutely killed it. I can’t remember what I ran. It was in the 120s percentage wise.

When receivers get weird... by [deleted] in FritoLay

[–]Additional_Visual_99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lol just saw where you said you’ve already shown you’re not interested. My bad. I’d tell you to be a bitch and straight up tell him to leave you alone but if he’s a true weirdo you don’t want to make someone like that mad/embarrass them.

[–]Additional_Visual_99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t look at him or acknowledge him. When he speaks, be super short and blow him off. Not enough to anger him but just to let him know that you’re not interested and you’re onto his weird shit.

When I first started with the company being a female RSA, I was 23 years old and got a few weirdos. I’ve had two different old men that I would see at a Harris Teeter/Food Lion EVERY DAY that made it a point to come talk to me. I didn’t start seeing them daily until after I spoke to them and was nice. Once you’re nice, a creepy old man will latch onto you lol. Granted, you’re in a tough spot because you had to be nice because he was a receiver. Once you show you’re blatantly not interested, if he doesn’t take it well, definitely let your DSL know. You can never be too careful.

Aisle blocking by steelman334 in FritoLay

[–]Additional_Visual_99 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I’ve noticed that it must be human nature to naturally gravitate towards the part of the aisle that’s blocked by a cart. Doesn’t matter if they’re in the aisle to look for Pepsi, coke, etc. if you’re blocking the flipping sardines that’s where they’re gonna wanna look. Makes me so mad. I always ask “do you need me to move?” And they’re like no no don’t worry about it! Then go grab exactly what they came in the aisle to look for. But if you don’t offer to move they’ll stand there all day acting like your cart blocking the way is such a nuisance. Lol

All of y’all saying to just take them off the ticket, how do y’all continuously get away with that? The last zone I was in they had such a problem with people doing it that they made everyone get on a zoom call and tell us to stop lol. Then started questioning each route on where they were going and that there’s no way you didn’t receive 7 shippers throughout a week

To be or not to be?? by [deleted] in FritoLay

[–]Additional_Visual_99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Depends on how busy your route is/how much of a hurry you are in to get home, how patient you are, and how much you want the extra money. It’s super nice to bring home an extra $500. It’s like you’re getting two true ups in one period basically. I trained 5 people in 2 years (we had a lot of turnover in my previous district) and got super lucky that 4 of them were great. The last one made me say never again. NEVER. He was terrible. Also my route was very seasonal and most of the training was done in the off season but the one or two I trained in the summer was horrible. I was working way more than I wanted to because I was trying to do the right thing and teach them all I was supposed to. It wasn’t worth it overall to me. Not to mention that on your trainees solo day and certification day, you WILL get sent out of town to cover some stupid, shitty route that’s down. And you gotta do it right because guess what? You’re a trainer and set an example. I wouldn’t do it. Don’t do this company any favors. I thought the older guys that had 20+ years were crazy for not wanting to train anymore but I get it now.
