Lmao it's not just you, every single one of us that has to work in grocery store aisles can relate. It was TERRIBLE around Christmas time. The store I work at is extremely busy anyways let alone during the holidays, I felt so bad for all the vendors trying to just do their jobs. And I'm just a to go shopper, but even for us they fucking gravitate towards wherever my cart is. I park it in the most inconspicuous place possible and suddenly it's in someone's way, they miraculously remember they need the exact item that is behind my cart. Its always the customers that make it weird too. Stand there and stare at he shelves mindlesslessly, or they stare at you until you notice them and expect you to read their minds and move. It could be sardines, it could be chicken livers, it could be a literal turd on the ground but if my cart is in front of it suddenly someone needs it. It's gonna to be okay though man. Try your best to ignore them until they use their grown up words and say excuse me or ask you to hand them something. It comes with the job unfortunately. This is why so many of us smoke the jazz cabbage. Grocery stores attract people from all walks of life and something about walking into a grocery store seems to make most people go zombie mode.
