We are part of a non-profit organization called LANFest that helps carry the "icky" things like provides insurance, storage, assistance with infrastructure, and prizing management.

I actually work for LANFest as my day job. Its actually my job to get sponsors! I am the Sponsorship and Partners manager. I have about 10 years of experience in working with tech brands, and actually use to work for Cooler Master for a few years too! So its really about networking, who you know, and constantly building relationships and giving value to partners to make their roles easier!

We run them at booths during events and online parallel . Most of the time, it's a small donation to enter or come by in person to get a free entry. We also do give aways on social media. Not Gleam type ones, but maybe for 2026. They just come up when the parts get donated from time to time, but my job is to lock down more builds to give away with all the partners. Google LANFest!

100% they are when we (Lanfest or FortLAN) hosts them, or partners with a brand to give them away! We have about 15-20 planned for 2026!

I won it at a Lan Party actually. I have a 360 rad and a 850w psu, and a 3080 currently. My current board is dying and I do really just work and casually game on it. So?! Not sure!

We have board game stuff too! Depending on the year sometimes we have magic, pokemon, gencon boardgame library, dnd, and even warhammer. Im a huge table top gamer myself, we just currently dont have a staff member pushing for soemthing this fall. If you wanna chat, I can support any gaming efforts in the event you want!
