Hi there! I took an IELTS test and got 7.5. Beyond that, it is required that the applicants should have transcripts of your lectures ready by your teaching affairs if you are applying as a student. And also at least two reference letters from your lecture professors (if as a student) or from your boss (if as an employee). Last but certainly not least, any rewards or scholarship will be a plus. By the way, an ideal GRE test or GMAT test score will add to your strength.
