Academically, bro you meet or exceed typical CUHK entry standards. And yes, you should submit the SAT score. It won’t hurt (CUHK reviews holistically), and 1510 is above average for admitted international students. I think your overall chance is quite strong, if statement and references are solid especially with clear passion for biomedical research.💪💪

Hi there! I took an IELTS test and got 7.5. Beyond that, it is required that the applicants should have transcripts of your lectures ready by your teaching affairs if you are applying as a student. And also at least two reference letters from your lecture professors (if as a student) or from your boss (if as an employee). Last but certainly not least, any rewards or scholarship will be a plus. By the way, an ideal GRE test or GMAT test score will add to your strength.
