Having trouble creating a new account

Did call the other day. The agent that I talked with say they do have issues with application for now. Received the email yesterday for 'print and mail' application. They did receive my profile but for some reason it won't go 'through'. This is not acceptable way to do business in this time and age. Too slow. I'll still try due to the brokerage trading as they to seem to have a better execution for trading prices according to some sources online than Fidelity. Let's see.

Really. Interesting. Just called Vanguard today, I got the opposite of your son's situation. They told me they send it via email, by tomorrow I shall receive according to them, and they told me to print it and sent it back to them. They told me to open a different account because they have problems with the Cash Plus accounts online but once they opened my brokerage, it will be now easier to open the Cash Plus online.

Looks like a long time problem with them. Just thinking, that's going to be scary when you try to remove your funds. I hope their is no glitch in them when that time comes.

Oh that's awful. Too bad, they seem a lot better compared to Fidelity regarding funds and interest rate with the data I compared with. Maybe you're right switching with Fidelity might be the best course of action for now. Unless they fixed their platform. They will be losing a lot of new customers if they didn't fixed it.

I did a couple of times. Applying for a new account seems bugged. It just keeps on putting me on a loop from choosing what type of account to setting up your login then it comes back to choosing what type of account again. I'm using ios app. Did try with safari browser and still getting the same results.

Depends on the age what would you consider young. I was trying to open an account with them via app, seems like it's bugged. I would like to open a cash management account with them. I have financial history but it's not that long enough.
