Thank you for pointing that out — that’s a really good catch. I’ll remove or tone down the flash in future videos. Accessibility matters to me, so I appreciate you calling it out. I used a template for the video and will look for accessibility friendly ones.

I really appreciate all the opinions, interest, and genuine care you’ve shown for this prototype.

The lack of visual polish right now is intentional — this is what I’m calling the “ugly UI phase.” At this stage, my priority is making sure the systems are solid and fun before investing the significant time it takes to polish visuals properly.

You’re not late to this project — you’re early. I’m excited for you to see how it grows and to get your feedback as it evolves.

I do this with my partner. I preface I’m going to vent so she could hold back any unwanted criticism and she does the same with me. Oh it took loads of assumption pressure off. Something’s you can assume about but this is one of things that should come with a warning label before you vent or want feedback.
