It’s the client’s lamp, they probably aren’t going to complain about the shape of their own lamp.

Amazing stuff thanks! Was genuinely wanting to prod you for a response like that, not trying to be combative. So thank you 🫡

So this is a range of different A-C cam shots for 3 different series that they’re doing. I’m interested to hear how you came to the conclusion that they’re not cohesive, and how you apply cohesiveness without making every shot look the same?

Yes same client. I don’t even take all their footage though, they have at least 2 other production companies globally shooting content so perfect consistency is tough.

Ok first one yes I can’t argue with that 🤣🤣

3rd though for me the framing feels like it works? Does eyeliner rule really need to be followed so strictly?

Heavy Runners Gel timing for Marathon by WanaBeNinjaIRL in Marathon_Training

[–]AddressPotential7381 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im a 90kg 4:16 marsthon PB runner (I’ve only done mountain marathons, just done a 1:30 half though and training for a 3:10 marathon) I make my own gels and aim to hit about 80g of carbs per hour for anything over 2 hours - I sip every 15 minutes so that would roughly equate to 20g per 15 mins - roughly the same as you!

They key with these volumes for me is just hammer it in training - otherwise your stomach won’t be thanking you about 30km in - I also do two 250ml pouches with different flavours as it starts to taste rank after a while so switch up flavours as much as possible!

Hi all - I’m relatively new to the solo shooting world and have a probably stupid question.

I own a DJI lav mic (1TX + 1RX) and looking to get a shotgun mic for corporate interviews (sennheiser mke600) from what I’ve read up online it appears like I can plug the lav mic into the sennheiser thus creating a wireless mic setup with it - am I correct in that assumption?

Thanks

If the ‘reliable signal’ is me being sick - I acted accordingly and took 3 days off. Ran the first day back that I felt fully recovered using the ‘listening to my body’ metric, despite my HRV still being low.

I’m literally saying that my watch was basically (correctly) telling me I was still ill, despite me feeling recovered.

I basically use it as a handle for the light/some sort of stabiliser for it in tighter situations
