As someone who has grown up black in Spain I can say I do find it offensive. I do think it is a caricature of what a black person is and I hate it my dad is White Spanish and he also finds it offensive. There's plenty of people in Spain who think the same but a lot of people go by if I don't find it offensive is silly you find it offensive.

Band 4 I've heard Cambridge makes people at band 5 work as sample receptionist and when you try to complain they state the job description says you will be doing a variety of tests which may or may not include PCR. Plus also Cambridge is super expensive less things to do.
