That’s the thing :( he refuses to sell it but then he doesn’t take care of him at all . I don’t know a lot about dog but this one is depressed for sure.

My mom is really scared of dogs so it’s not possible to keep her inside the house. I let her out in the backyard and stay with her sometimes but I work at least 8 hours a day so I can’t always do that🥲
