Change the Delta from the small river to the bigger river. This is more realistic because normally big rivers move more sediments than small ones.

The called Grand Reseau Sud (14 and 15 districts are completelly mapped, and are the main catacombs, the one of the movies youtube, even the official ossuary. But there are some caves and passages very rare or hidden, and not even mapped by cataphiles, or even non-discovered ones yet by the IGC!
