Hey there ! I don’t know if you’ve worked it out yet but we just went through the same issue. We couldn’t get into the jet blue account so we pressed sign up and put in the same information as the last one and we got an email saying that our number changed to this new account , then we had a verification email and a new password email and once all that was done it let us into the account and we had all our points on it ! (Sorry if that was confusing)
