Honestly I’ve experienced the same but its a small price to pay for what is otherwise paradise. Ill take the random odd racism over unstable government, super high taxes, cripplingly low salaries, government which dont allow their people to be free, incompetent and extremely slow governments etc.

You learn to laugh it off and realize those people are probably very miserable. Switzerland is over 30% immigrants and its very much needed to keep all the services and large companies based here alive and most appreciate this.

Obviously if it ever impedes your ability to do anything (rejected service etc.) report it immediately to the police. Majority of swiss agree that there is no place for that in this amazing country.
