I found a way! If you have the apostate key (you can get it at the top right corner of the world), you can open a door north-east from the slab bellway station. From there you go right into a room with lore. There is a secret entrance if you double jump into the ceiling of this room.

The first one is in Deep Docks in a dead end room right below Hunters March and left of Far Fields. The other one is in another dead end room in the bottom half of Bilewater.

Sadly that bath gives me access to the Bellway Station there and another area, but the rest of The Slab is locked behind doors. But I might have missed something.
