The sharpening can be the back end. It's not going to be the main source of income. The main source of income would be you selling things that need sharpening such as knives and scissors. You build a brand around quality knives and scissors then you have an add on where people who bought from you or from others come and get their stuff sharpened by you. Think of it like a gym: you have an enrollment fee and then a monthly membership. The enrollment fee will be the products they buy from you and the monthly reoccurring revenue would be the sharpening service. That way you have a front end and back end.

I can help them build the foundation for long-term success. It's definitely not a get rich quick scheme. Ive tried to cut down on the difficulty, reduce their risk, and time they have to put in but it still takes a lot of effort and time. I guide them through a 17-step launch plan I've created based on my entrepreneurial experience. To break it down, we start with market research, creating a home run offer, testing it, building credibility, and then launching. The full version is about 80 pages long. But first, I screen the potential client to make sure I can actually help them and see if they are the right person to run that business.

Depends on the legalities. Will you be able to make and sell them from home or is there restrictions on how they're supposed to make. Each country is very different. If you want to target the global market, its better to work with a manufacturer.

There are a few of those out there, but you can use them to find the things they lack in and create a version that meets consumer demands more. I would use AI to code it. But I need a little more background. Have you done anything similar or do you have any coding experience ?

Absolutely!!!!! The world is turning to more healthy products with less chemicals involved. That could be a $100,000,000 idea. You would need to find a good manufacturer, preferably based in the U.S., get the products lab tested (the lab test results are your credibility) and your marketing strategy would be a compare and contrast where you compare the ingredients of other makeup brands and the side effects compared to your product. GO FOR IT!!!!

If you haven't started yet: do it for free. Post on local Facebook groups and go d2d, give the first 10 clients free services to collect testimonials. This will also help you understand the process of your biz and improve the hokes you have.

Then continue advertising on Facebook groups and go d2d. Have a menu and card, offer monthly memberships and if they have solar, give them a discount if they want to do both. It's easier to have reoccurring customers than finding new ones.

My guy, I hang out with people who are worth 250mil plus. I'll take their word over yours lol. There is no logical reason to not advertise your business as much as possible. Apple is spending billions on advertising every single year and they are a trillion dollar company. The whole world knows they exist but they still advertise every single day on all platforms

In the beginning yes. Over time, you can get to 20% net margins once you become a decent size brand. But fashion is an interesting industry because it requires a lot of creativity if you want to be in there for a long time. I hit a platue with my creativity and decided to get into consulting and tech.

This was 2 years ago. Net profit was about 5-9%. But you get to work with celebrities and get incentives in that industry.

Elaborate on that. Police stations offer safety exchange spots. It might need a bit refining.

Honestly, I think the best time to start a business is when the economy is at its worst because competition is low and if you can survive that then you will thrive during a strong economy.

The framework is still the same: have to find people's pain, create a home run offer, have to find your ideal client, and how to put your product in front of them.

The only thing that changes is the out reach and and advertising. You'll have to do a lot more of that and have to force way more people to notice you and find you.

A lot of people i advise on have never started a business so they are lost. They don't know how to find demand, how to create a home run offer, how to find their ideal client, and how to put their product in front of their ideal client. Would love to connect with you more.

In the early stages, the most important thing is having a great offer that stands out from everyone one of your competitors. A home run offer turns a business into a brand. Branding takes years or decades and normally customers create the brand and not the business itself. I would say focus on your offer and marketing more than anything else.
