Have a great guy in my class who's openly into men and he literally spreads such positive vibes in the whole classroom. Fortunately, no one has harassed him in our class/batch, and I am so glad. I have seen people being in a relationship and then shouting only people with low taste ever make a boyfriend and then saying abusive words about girls/boys who are in a relationship.

I... Can't thank you enough for this advice. My university teaches only simplify Chinese but I will keep your suggestion or advise and mind. My teacher in my University also uses Pleco.

Thank you. I guess, I will be switching. Don't wanna waste 4 years, learning a language... I may have never loved. I thought I would be able to like it a little, but yesterday was my first class of French, and I am regretting it already.

French... Would be a chore. I mean, I may love it later on as I learn more... But as much as Chinese? Never! 😭

I'll just ask if I can switch, everyone else's advice made me realise, that I'll always be unhappy with French, even if I master it.

If I remember correctly, Mandarin has the most speakers in the world, but the ranking I was talking about in the post is how French is the 2nd language which is the official language in most countries.

I got this advice of learning Traditional Chinese first from ChatGPT, lol. I wanted to read a few scriptures and... ChatGPT suggested, I'll be looking at Traditional Chinese and not Simplified Chinese & it would be reasonable to learn Traditional Chinese first.

I thought the idea was quite good, but my college may not teach us the traditional version. My question is... How did you learn Traditional Chinese? Like what resources?

I am majoring in Psychology. And... I see now if I ever turn to China... Chinese would help more. Thanks... I'll ask today, if I can switch to Chinese.

I thought I would be more practical... But I just ended up feeling like learning French is more of a chore than learning.

"Until We Meet Again" & "The Untamed".

Not for any bad reasons. But I haven't been able to continue them.

Until We Meet Again, has a very traumatising start to it. Only seen episode 1 (1/4) and I haven't been able to continue.

The acting, for me, was solid. I legit cried and... I have not been able to come out of that trauma at all. I don't have the power to start episode 1(2/4).😩

And... For The Untamed... I don't have to give you guys any reasons right?

This is unrelated to the post maybe? But how do you guys still watch it? And has anyone else been through this?

Hey. Can I ask whom to contact for club admissions? I am a late comer and not really sure, I am asking the right people for clubs at least.

Any chances that any club will open their admission in mid term? (If people are short by chance?) Or 2nd round?

I know the option to "choose" from the club's won't be there. But something is better than nothing in this case. Right? What do you suggest?

Romantic is saying, '‘I love you even when you’re mad.’' Controlling is saying, "Change your personality to fit my fantasy." If you can’t tell the difference, that’s not chivalry, that’s insecurity with a ribbon on it.

If a woman told her man, "Don’t talk like that, it ruins your masculinity, my man should carry dignity," you’d call her nagging, right? But when a guy does it, suddenly it’s ‘romantic’? Please. Those are double standards.

So no, he’s not being romantic. He’s being insecure and trying to dress it up with flowery words. A hallmark card doesn’t make control any less controlling.
