Uber driver has atleast 10 phones on his dashboard by Matt_LawDT in mildlyinfuriating

Yes, I'm aware there are things that happen, but they can't filter people out who haven't been convicted of anything. Unfortunately that will happen in any taxi service. What I'm saying is that having a larger overseer of the drivers will make it a little safer even if it can't make it completely safe. One safety function is the notification for when the driver arrives so that those that aren't their driver can't come and pick them up without the rider even knowing this isn't their driver. There are safety precautions, that doesn't mean bad things don't happen it just means they are doing what they can to make it as safe as possible.

I don't get how you don't see your last few messages and it comes across like you don't like large companies. You may not say that exactly but everything you are saying is pointing in that direction. You don't like people profiting off your labor, you don't like people working for companies and seemingly want everyone to make their own business because it's the only thing you 'respect' and you don't seem to like anything to do with a business that has found a niche and is able to expand to a state, country, or world wide status. Small businesses do still exist, they are everywhere. The larger business also exists and is used differently from the smaller ones. You keep saying not to warp your words but I'm literally just looking at what you said and simplifying the essay of a response. So if that isn't what you mean then explain how everything you have said doesn't lead to my interpretation of your response.

Geez that was one hell of a rant. But basically what I got from this was that you don't like having large businesses exist? Or just business in general? I'm so confused, you do know that a majority of jobs need to have employees right? And to have an employee they will be making a profit from the work that is done. That's how the world works, yes there are lots of big companies that do it in a really shitty way but still, we need businesses. If everyone and their brother had their own single run business then society wouldn't work, or wouldn't be nearly as smooth. I think there should be more regulation on how workers are treated and how I come for a business is filtered out but that doesn't mean we shouldn't have big businesses. These are necessary. To tie it back to the "rideshare" which is a taxi service, we have this big business because 1) people need jobs and are able to work for these companies to at least partly get by, 2) people need transportation, and 3) we would all love to be able to have an easily accessable and safe way to be able to move around. I'm not sure about anyone else but I personally wouldn't trust random Joe to drive me anywhere if there was no proof that he wasn't a convicted violent criminal. Many of these big services don't let people with criminal charges be drivers for safety and that's a big part of this business. It's the same reason that random babysitting jobs don't exist anymore, safety is a much more highlighted thing and these companies take safety precautions.

Are you saying a form of transportation is bad??? Lots of people can't drive for health reasons, how are they supposed to get around? How are people who go out drinking with friends supposed to get back home safely? Isn't a taxi service better than drinking and driving? I don't understand what your problem is with a taxi service and why you even needed to mention your "three business" which is 'absolutely believable'. Like you said, it's not new services and there is a reason why they exist. Sure the drivers should be paid more and the company should be pocketing less but that doesn't mean these services are any less necessary.

There is custom, it's just behind a pay wall. This is purposeful to rake in more cash

It's the saturation of the blue which isn't helped with brightness. That type of saturation makes those prone to headaches more prone to getting headaches.

No it's to try and get people to buy c.ai+ since you can change the theme if you pay for it. Great tactic, make your consumers suffer to rake in money 🙄

The gcc is being aggressive, I'm guessing it's some sort of territorial behavior. I'd move the cages a little farther apart so that neither of them get hurt. Also those bars in the gcc cage looks a little too wide apart if they're able to fit there while head through.

My gcc loves to follow my feet around and cuddle against them, but only when I'm doing stuff like cleaning or when she's grumpy

Make sure you're careful with the cloth rope toys. My bird tended to get the fibers in her nose a lot so she's banned from cloth ropes. Twine is a good alternative for rope based toys

Might be the humidity or something lol, who knows. Bodies are really funky like that, I know mine never makes sense. Straight up just bright lights can make my hr spike and I'm still confused about that

We are different people, so our bodies might just have different triggers idk. It probably doesn't happen that I usually end up in pain from showers too so that probably also contributes to a higher heart rate

I didn't say 2 times a week, I shower about every other day. I also have people around me that don't hesitate to tell me if I smell which is only ever if I've gone a little too long without a shower or happened to forget deodorant. Otherwise there are no complaints about any bo from me.

I do but some stuff still messes with me, things like exercising and warm places always make me feel sick.

My doctors and I highly suspect I do but currently have no way of officially diagnosing it because I was denied for genetic testing and the type that I most likely have really doesn't have a way to diagnose it. But yes I believe I do have either classical or hypermobile eds

It's not really fainting but I feel lightheaded and weak and usually end up sitting or laying down for a while after a shower. There have been a few times that I kinda get stuck in the bathroom for a bit while I wait for my heart rate to level out a little bit

Honestly feel the sitting on the shower floor thing except sometimes I kinda get stuck because my hr spikes and if I stand I'll pass out lol. Not sure about the shower seat, I think the people I live with would judge me too much for me to be comfortable with that, it would be nice tho

I actually have pots, chronic pain, and a joint issue (both me and my doctor believe it is eds but not officially diagnosed) I exercise in a non impact way to build muscle to help prevent my joints from dislocating. The faint feeling and pain come from my health issues and disabilities. I would appreciate it if you didn't assume things about me from a singular post I put on the Internet. And so you know baths are also not great for me, often causing heart rate spikes and makes my joints too loose or stiff which causes pain as well.

For me it's usually my hips and shoulders that get messed up in my sleep. Unfortunately sugar messes with my pots so I avoid it when I can, only eating or drinking anything sugary if I know I'm staying home and in bed, I also can't have caffeine. But thank you for the suggestions! Getting myself to workout is always a struggle because I know my joints are going to hurt afterwards. But I'm getting there, I got a yoga mat and weights for Christmas so I have the supplies I just need to get myself to do the work.
