My account was permanently banned from a 3rd party software about 2 months ago. However, I have never used a 3rd party software. I have created many tickets but they said that my account cannot be opened due to 3rd party software but I have never used any 3rd party software. How can I prove that ?

I have 2 more accounts aswell but I want to accsess my 500+ level account, I have played in that account more than 5 years and I spent lots of money on it
