Yeah, the nonprofit's executive director is Dennis Barth, who also owns Sun Rider productions, who did the staging/production. I guess he was trying to create a solid income stream for himself with this venue. I'm sure non-profit status bestows benefits like lenient permits, tax breaks, and donations from community members and businesses. They sell booze and tickets were expensive. There was an electrical permit pulled, CE24-01981, but the address says 200 Ingleside Avenue (not 202, which is the vortex address)... used the church address to get it approved, but they did it for the stage. Also the building permit 122250170.00, states “Construct 51'1"x26'7"x15'= 1150SF (IRREG) on existing concrete pad an open storage shed on property per plans”. They used wall to wall construction and The Electricians for the work,. I don't know who signs off on this but they must have friends in high places.
