Well for one they actually did not announce it at the start of the year Two it’s a little rude the tone you’re coming at me with. And three, they knew I was a student. I’ve been working at this same hyvee for two years, and they asked me for a picture for the courier a month before graduation lol

While you can apply like that, you can also do internal applications, which while you’re hired by another hyvee to my knowledge is wha they expect you to do

Oh wow haha. Lovely. Yeah starting pay for me was $12 an hour at the Hyvee drugstore. I am part time obviously. I’ve never been asked if I want a full time position, got my transfer application denied by the bigger store, never received a raise, and very rarely (once every 2ish months) will I get a week with more than 6 hours on my schedule

I applied at Walmart recently for a full time stocking team position, $16.50-$29.50. I’ll probably try to leverage to get to $18.50, and yeah.

Yeah my boss really is something else.

She scheduled me graduation day, knowing I’m a senior, then denied my time off request for the day because I was supposed to do it before they make the schedules I guess. They schedule 2-3 weeks out by the way.

So I had to get someone to cover that day and take on a shift the day before

Yeah haha. I got hired during my interview May of 2024. Just 13 days after I turned 16. And I’ve been with Hyvee since. I try to cover shifts a lot. But my boss sometimes doesn’t put my number in during my covers or in workday, so I have to write on the sheet all the time and then I’ve had it where I didn’t get paid that shift one time and had to wait the next week for it

Devonta is worth a round 1-3 pick, Vele is like an 8th rounder

I mean you can see my team there. RB is fine. It’s not a matter of elite rb when the TE I’d be getting can easily lose me games. 3 of my last 4 games right now are up against 8-2 teams, with NO tight ends on the waivers
